State Process Lab for District Master Trainer Launch in Ccpur

The inaugural session commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by dignitaries, followed by a keynote address from P. Haokip, Under Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs.

The State Process Lab (SPL) for District Master Trainers under the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan was formally inaugurated today at the DTC Training Hall, Tuibong, Churachandpur district. The event is facilitated by the Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation (BRLF) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA), Government of India.

This week-long programme, scheduled from 15th to 18th September 2025, brings together District Master Trainers from Churachandpur and Pherzawl districts. It marks a critical step in building grassroots capacity for the effective implementation of the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan, which aims to cultivate a cadre of responsive governance leaders across tribal regions.

Haokip emphasized the transformative potential of the initiative in bridging governance gaps and fostering inclusive development in tribal communities.

Dharun Kumar S. Deputy Commissioner of Churachandpur, speaking as a special guest, urged participants to serve as catalysts in the transformative mission of the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan. He remarked that the programme was more than just a training exercise but also an opportunity for individuals to strengthen themselves and become agents of change within their communities. He expressed hope that participants would engage with sincerity and dedication, enabling every tribal household to gain essential skills, access development opportunities, and become informed about various government schemes.

Ms. Mannuamching, Deputy Commissioner of Pherzawl, also addressed the gathering as special guest. She noted that the initiative carried significant potential for tribal development at the grassroots level and would contribute to the holistic advancement of tribal villages through a mission-driven approach. She emphasized that the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan was designed to operationalize responsive governance, and that through Governance Process Labs, government offices across all levels were receiving structured training to become effective change leaders.

Thangboi Gangte, ADC, Churachandpur, delivered the vote of thanks, which was followed by a photo session with all the participants.
