Two injured villagers from Thingkhongjang village brought to RIMS Imphal
As per sources 9 Sector Assam Rifles provided first aid to the two individuals earlier before they were taken to RIMS.
An 8 year old girl child and an 56 year old women who were injured during an attacked allegedly bu NSCN IM and ZUF(K) at Thingkhongjang village in Kangpokpi district have been brought to RIMS Imphal for further treatment
The injured have been identified as Nengneichong Kipgen (56), wife of Hejang Kipgen, and Lamneingah Kipgen ,daughter of Lamkholen Kipgen. Both of them sustained bullet injuries to their left thighs. As per sources 9 Sector Assam Rifles provided first aid to the two individuals earlier before they were taken to RIMS.
