Moreh Pastors Fellowship Organises Candlelight Vigil for Slain Kuki Church Leaders

The gathering came together in unity to pay homage to the departed leaders and express solidarity with the bereaved families.

A candlelight vigil was held in Moreh on Thursday evening in memory of the Kuki-Zo Church leaders who were allegedly ambushed and killed on Wednesday.

The solemn programme was organized by the Moreh Pastors Fellowship and witnessed the participation of church leaders from across Moreh, along with members of various churches in the town. The gathering came together in unity to pay homage to the departed leaders and express solidarity with the bereaved families.

During the vigil, the Moreh Pastors Fellowship led a moment of silent tribute in honor of the deceased. Special prayers were also offered for the departed souls, as well as for peace, strength, and healing for the grieving families.

The gathering reflected deep sorrow over the incident and conveyed a collective call for justice, peace, and communal harmony.
