The Federation of Haomee (FoH) has declared that Kuki MLAs who are part of the demand for a separate administration should not be given any ministerial post after the formation of the government in Manipur.

According to the statement, if Kuki MLAs want a ministerial post or wish to be part of the government formation in Manipur, they must first tender an apology to the people of Manipur for demanding a separate administration.

The Federation of Haomee (FoH) issued a release on Tuesday, stating that MLAs who have taken an oath to protect the integrity of Manipur but later supported the demand for a separate Kuki administration should not be offered ministerial positions in the state government.

The release further emphasized that only those MLAs who prioritize the future of Manipur and work without indulging in corruption should be considered for ministerial roles.

It also stated that a minister in Manipur is expected to attend office in the state secretariat. Those who remain in Guwahati, Delhi, or other locations for their convenience are no longer functioning as ministers for the entire state, but rather only for the Kuki community.
The statement concluded by saying that those intending to form a government must not seek any favors from the Kuki MLAs, adding that it is better to remain without a government than to have one where ministers or MLAs act solely on the directives of central leaders.
