Four Nagas in Manipur Apprehended with Contraband Items
From their possession, seven mobile phones, and two four-wheelers (a DI and a Hyundai Creta) were also recovered.
Security forces have arrested four individuals along with contraband heroin and cash from T. Khullen village under Kangpokpi Police Station, Kangpokpi district, on Thursday.
According to a statement from Manipur Police, the arrested persons are S. Poubinah Teinamei (31) of T. Khullen, Kangpokpi district; PF Adaphro (34) of T. Khullen, Kangpokpi district; S. Boibina (29) of T. Khullen, Kangpokpi district and Lungdinibou Thiumei (52) of Khundong Khunkhaiba, Tamenglong district.
From their possession, 273 (two hundred seventy-three) soap cases of contraband heroin weighing approximately 3.5 kg, unaccounted cash amounting to ₹99,09,850 (ninety-nine lakh nine thousand eight hundred fifty), seven mobile phones, and two four-wheelers (a DI and a Hyundai Creta) were recovered.
