District Process Lab on Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan for Churachandpur District Inaugurated

A significant event marking, the District Process Lab on Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan for Churachandpurdistrict was today inaugurated at the DTC Hall, Tuibong, Churachandpur district. The programme was organized by District Administration, Churachandpur under Ministry of  Tribal Affairs, Governement of India for the Block Master trainers of the district. It aims to build a cadre of responsive governance leaders for effective implementation of the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan across tribal regions,  empowering grassroots governance and strengthening the delivery of welfare schemes in tribal areas, focusing on holictic development.

The inaugural session began with the facilitation of the dignitaries, followed by welcome address from Thangboi Gangte, ADC, Churachandpur, briefly introducing the purposed of the district Process Lab  and it relevance under Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan. Highlighting  the transformative potential of the initiative in bridging governance gaps and fostering inclusive development in tribal communities , he said that District Master Trainers were well trained and equipped for fruitful session, those who came for training  are transformed themselves  into Karmayogi, which can inturn turned into dedicated for the services of the people with full capacity.

Deputy Commissioner of Churachandpur Dharun Kumar S, in his address, said that district process Lab on Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan program going to ensure capability of the district governance  that would reach the villagers at any cost. He also said that the program inaugurated today ensured us that  everyone able to have tools in their hands  for efficiencies , transparencies, citizen-centrict governance, and he stressed that this program would bring transparencies and efficiencies  in the governance, give  an opportunity to empower individuals to uplift communities by promoting awareness of government scheme and development opportunities.

District Prabhari Officer, Bhagiya Raj, as a special guest said that you might be government employee but an approach is required as consumers. Think your selfe as consumers, prepare a work in coordination with other departments, that you could make the program a success. You may have doubt the program, but have conviction and understanding without which motivation cannot go forwards. He urged the participants to give their best  to complete the process, working towards common caused  and objectives we can bring success.

The event is to highlight efforts towards enhancing governance  and development processes in Churachandpur district. The district Process Lab (DPL) under  the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan appears to be primarily focused on capacity building and training for District Master Trainers and Block Master Trainers. These trainers are expected to play a crucial role in promoting grassroots governance , inclusive development, and effective implementation of welfare schemes in tribal areas.
