Block Level Camp of Jan Bhagidari Abhiyan Reaches Khousabung Village in Churachandpur

As part of the Block Level Camp of Jan Bhagidaari Abhiyan, the District Administration, Churachandpur organised a camp on Saturday at Khousabung village under Kangvai Sub-Division churachandour district.

The camp held under the supervision of Th Mangminthang Gangte, SDO, Henglep and Kangvai, along with the staff of the SDO office covers beneficiaries from Khousabungg and nearby villages.

With an aim to ensure doorstep governance through on-the-spot delivery under various government welfare schemes, 20 Caste certificates and 15 domicile certificates were issued, 4 birth order processed, and medical check-ups were completed during the camp.

Under financial inclusion and social security, four beneficiaries were registered under PMJJBY, 8 under PMSBY, one Tiny account was converted to normal saving account, and one Aadhaar account linking was completed. Social Security registration was also facilitated during the programme.

A total of 224 beneficiaries including 125 females and 99 males attended the camp which also saw active participation from five line departments, 15 government officials, and 10 Village Authority members.

The closing programme of the current phrase of the Jan Bhagidaari Abhiyan campaign will be held at Songpi village, Tuibong Sub-Division, Churachandpur District on May 25.
